Hannah, Ali, and I think it was Kinsey well anyway I went through today and ordered 4 huge teas no ice. Didn't realize till I got home that they were the wrong size. Immediately I called up there and spoke with Hannah who was very very professional and offered to fix it up and allow me to keep the tea I had as once it leaves the store they can't take it back. I drove back up there and they already had my tea ready and the young lady at the window Ali was again very polite and professional. I know it's just tea but they really did do a good job. You guys have got to get your crap together! Slow. Soooo slow. Then the order is incorrect. I literally couldn’t wait for this store to open off Eastern and I dread going every time I want my tea. I keep thinking that it will get better since it’s newly opened, but at this point, everyone should be settled in and know their job. It’s not hard. It’s tea! The dispensers are all there for you to fill cups or gallons. It’s insane that you all should ever get an order wrong or be slow to get tea out the window. I suggest a change in management needs to take place already. If things don’t change, this store will be a major underperformer and folks like me will return back to S.OKC off Western to get the service...

Took over 20 minutes to get our coffee drink was supposed to be cold ordered it off the menu. They didn’t know how to make it. They gave us a hot coffee and we told him it was wrong. It took three people. One of them was the manager to make the drink and it was a simple coffee right off the menu And then they the manager told us we’re sorry we’re still learning what in the actual yeah stay clear of this place it’s a waste of money I don’t know how to make their own drinks in 20 minutes for simple coffee go to scooters right down the street or even McDonald’s this place won’t last long with the...
