Oh my goodness, I love Thai food, and we found this hole in the wall while we were in Moore. The reviews were incredible and the pictures looked so appetising, so we checked it out. From the outside it looks quite small, but you walk inside to a little oasis. You seriously feel like you walked into another world! Beautiful decor and the music complimented the atmosphere. It is just a husband and wife running the place, so be a bit patient if it is busy! She was so humble and sweet, the food was worth the wait.
I got yellow curry with shrimp and tofu, my husband got the beef panang, and we shared an order of pad Thai. Everything was jaw droppingly good. I got medium spicy and could have easily went to hot. My curry was a nice balance of sweet and savoury, and the tofu blew my mind. Super crispy but seasoned well! And I’m not a huge eggplant fan, but they cooked it so well. The beef in my husband’s dish was incredibly tender, and his curry was thicker and more hearty (a red curry). He had strips of lemongrass on top of the beef which added that extra pizazz that took the dish from great, to phenomenal.
This by far was the best pad Thai we’ve ever had. Sauced perfectly and perfect flavour. We were full but didn’t want to stop eating because it was so good! We didn’t get dessert, but we are 110% going to be back. We want to try everything on the menu! We just kept seeing other dishes go by that looked amazing.
TLDR; 11/10 the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Amazing service and food. We will be driving the 30 minutes more often to...

My sister and I have been coming here for a few years now and they're so good every time! I usually get the Thai chicken fried rice with Thai iced tea and they are delicious! The portions are very generous and you can easily get two meals out of one serving. Their fried egg rolls are also really good and come with a sweet dipping sauce which one can drizzle over the shredded cabbage to make a delicious cabbage salad of sorts.
The lady who works the front is super nice and is very attentive, even when they're a bit busy. I remember a few years back, two of my sisters, my mom and I went here to have some good heart-to-heart time. The lady noticed that we were deep in good and serious conversation and made sure to seat other customers on the other side of the room to give us space and we just really appreciated that she did that.
And finally the atmosphere... the atmosphere here is fantastic! It's very calm and relaxing with traditional music playing in the background, chill lighting that's easy on the eyes, and plants everywhere. Small side note, but the plants seem to be thriving whenever we visit and that denotes consistent care and a great environment overall.
I highly recommend Pailin Thai Cuisine for anyone in the OKC Metro area and this place easily has the best Thai food within a...
Read moreTypically, I'm not a Thai type of person but some co-workers in another state took me to a place and suggested I try a meal. I was hooked.
In the Moore area, this is the only place I go for Thai.
When you enter, you're greeted with a very clean, traditional and friendly environment where the staff immediately tends to you. The staff is always courteous and quick with anything you need.
The food is made fresh and fast, the spice levels are 0 through 3. I've found they're careful and always ask what spicy level you like as well, which is very helpful for those that aren't familiar with Thai. I like decently hot food so I made the mistake of trying a 2 my first time there. Whoo, that was a long meal and I was thankful I ordered it for takeout. Apparently I'm a wimp and now I order a 1. And for those that don't like spicy, just say 0 (zero) when they ask and you'll have no issues.
I've turned my extended family onto Pailin Thai as well and it's become a favorite for date nights or take out for a movie night at home.
For those that are considering Thai but haven't, try their Pad Thai. That's Noodles, some greens, chicken and some crushed peanuts on top. Nice and simple, no surprises and...
