Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mooresville

Papa johns in mooresville is always my go-to and we have NEVER had any problems. Today, we ordered delivery. I tracked the order and it said my order was arriving.. when we went outside no one was there. It said delivered on the app after that. The driver didn't call or even knock. I was frustrated at that point. I called the store so we could figure out what happened. A guy answered the phone, and was basically brushing it off that we didn't get our order. I had to ask him to call the delivery driver. He hung up, and I still have yet to receive a call back or hear anything back. I'm out $30 dollars and I got hung up on and someone in my neighborhood got my dinner. Probably will not order from here anymore, as I feel disrespected. I did file a complaint, but it's probably as useless as the guy that hung up on me and didn't solve...

Mooresville Indiana Papa John's has gone way down hill in every area. The delivery orders now take 50-80 mins when they use to be 25-45 mins on weekends. According to those who work there, the manager is never there. Food gets delivered warm or cold, stuff is smashed, and orders sometimes are incorrect. Have been told they will give a credit for incorrect food and smashed products, but we never received the credit. Go in and there are only teens working that get rude because you have a complaint of smashed products and incorrect orders. This was my first time ordering from this Papa Jon location since we moved down here five months ago got on the phone with some oriental woman who obviously didn’t understand what I was ordering. Took me 10 minutes to place my order. She said she had placed it and my husband stopped by there 20 minutes later and they never received our order or so they said. The lady in front of my husband had the same issues they told her that they would give her a pizza that she didn’t even order and she just turned around and walked out.
