Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mooresville

The staff is incredibly rude.

I've been to this location twice and each time I've witnessed the staff being incredibly rude to customers.

I've been in and out of kitchens working in fast food and later as a chef for most of my adult life. I'm not a stranger to foul mouth cooks. But these kids just don't care. They are beyond rude.

The first time I was there, two customers asked to order. Staff told them they had to use the kiosk or they couldn't get anything. The customers asked if the employee could help teach them how to use it and his response was, "Yeah, I guess I can stop what I'm doing." He showed them how to use the kiosk but was incredibly derisive the entire time. He told them, "It's easy you didn't need help" and "That didn't take as long as I thought."

After they got their drinks their kid spilled theirs. They asked for help to clean up the spill. The same associate told them, "I'm not doing that. Do you want the mop?" They handed the customer the mop and let them do their job for them.

On a separate occasion, while waiting for my order, I overheard the staff making derogatory comments about an order. The young girl was complaining, "Why would you put cheese on that" and "I guess we're putting steak on everything. She then proceeded to say, "I bet they're fat. Are they fat? Can you see them?" while peering through the kitchen.

I am absolutely disgusted by their behavior and I think I drive to Camby in the future...

If you go at night after 10 p.m., when only the drive through is open,...take a sleeping bag. I don't think I've made it from order to pick up window in under 15 minutes. I went tonight with 3 or 4 cars in front of me. I sat in line for close to 15 minutes and had only ordered 4 burritos!!! Plus, at night, don't ever drive away without checking your order in the bag. I've had to go back twice, to retrieve my correct food. Literally, the last time I was there,...the girl at the window gave me not only the incorrect change, but also the wrong receipt. I was only supposed to get back a few cents after I paid and she handed me two dollars and some change. I notified her of both errors, but what's crazy is, she gave me the food I paid for!!! Which is usually 4-5 simple items. During the day may not be bad, but at night needs...

On Sunday afternoon my husband and I decided to stop at the neighborhood Taco bell before we went home to cook dinner. We spent twenty four dollars and got plenty. When we opened our Mexican pizza there were several eye lashes and a piece of hair in the box and on the food. When I brought it back and requested a refund I was told no by the so called manager named Reba and was told that she cannot refund the money unless her big boss named Tonya was there.... No I'm sorry for the hair being in your food or anything. Reba treated me like I was annoying her by even speaking... I received nothing but attitude. We will definitely never eat here again and I will be telling ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS this evening at our weekly pow wow my experience. I would rather drive 20 miles away before I EVER...
