This is the third family ownership that I've been personally acquainted with at Custom Pies and after the most recent pizza I've had I can say that their 5 Star recipe is still there. You'll know it's done right because you'll always want to finish the crust. I also wanted to add that a 20 buck regular size pizza to me is a fair deal and I look forward to them adding larger sizes in the future.
My recommendations to the owners is to hand spin the pizza in the air in front of the customer like the previous owners and to upgrade the bar with either Pinball, Pool Table, or an Arcade cabinet.

They no longer have the brussel sprout salad which was a disappointment. The pizza took 30 minutes and the cheese pop overs took 40. I get it’s made to order but…that’s a long time for any food. They gave us two plates when there were three of us and we had to ask for water.
