Roy, as discussed during the event, the buffalo bite appetizer ran out due to guests taking more than the standard portion allocated per person. We prepared the quantity based on the agreed-upon headcount and standard serving size for appetizers. Despite not being obligated to do so, our team went to our restaurant to bring additional portions in an effort to accommodate guests such as yourself. We also did not charge for the additional food. We have learned from this incident and will now will be serving this appetizer option opposed to allowing guests to serve themselves.

Gulizar, I have documentation showing that your event was canceled two days prior due to a family emergency. We extended our condolences and accommodated your situation by waiving all late cancellation fees, even though we had already offered discounted pricing. Regarding the additional charge, you were informed of the $100 linen fee one week prior to your event, and you confirmed your acceptance at that time. I also have screenshots that confirm this communication.

I've been in the catering business for 25 years in O.C Calf.. i highly recommend using this venue for your special occasion. Their staff is friendly, tentative, and timely. Our son and now daughter had their wedding reception here. The dining room is spacious and beautiful. The large open room hosts 150 guests easy. With plenty of space to walk and talk to guests seated at their table. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The bar is a good size, well stocked, I enjoyed the Pinto Noir. Appetizers were self serve and also quickly devoured by family and friends. Dinner was served buffet style. I had the penne pasta, and fluffy roll, with real butter. The Dance floor is spacious. This venue also has a pretty outdoor patio. It was nice to be able to walk in and out. I also appreciated at the end of the night the serving staff made sure we had everything. Very pleased! We hosted our daughter’s high school graduation at Colarusso’s LaPalazzo and it was the perfect venue! Food was excellent! Staff was friendly and planning was a breeze. Having the outside patio area on a hot summer day was really nice too! We brought a small putting green and bucket toss game to give our guests an opportunity to mingle outside and it worked out great! All our guests had a great time and left complimenting the food and drink. We did a tab bar and had a signature drink and felt the prices were very reasonable.
