I really don’t know where to start with this but we have ordered here once before in the past probably about 3 years or so ago when we moved to Avoca area and it was not the greatest the first time so we didn’t order again . Recently we ordered and wanted to give this another try . Let me tell you it was the best decision we have made . Mostly every time we order its wings for my wife and hot wing stromboi for me . The Stromboli is so delicious! Whoever makes them they are on point . The last experience they used to load it with the hot sauce and it used to be messy . Since we have tried them again the last few times of getting them the Stromboli was so delicious with just enough hot sauce and and is always on point . They are a little expensive but they are so delicious and perfectly made . The wings ? My wife is obsessed with them. She tells me all the time how she likes them and how they are good . She never really complains because they are delicious she says . Again a little on the high side but they she says they ate delicious. Tonight was the very first night I came into the restaurant to pick the order up and the place is very clean and the atmosphere with the employees is nice . The counter girl was in the eat in area and when I walked in she came right over greeting me and getting me order . Wait time ? They say between a certain amount of time . Every time we order they say about 25 - 30 mins . We get there and the food is packaged and ready . This place is a must try . Very nice staff and the food is amazing !! New owners ?? I’m not sure but this place is amazing and I’m glad er gave it another try . Thank you to the cook , the counter people and everyone that makes it a great place to order from thank you all for the wonderful...

Give this staff a raise!!! We traveled from NY to stay at the hotel next door and spend the day at the Kalahari resort. The food at the resort was terrible (priced OK but had been sitting out way too long) Our kids were starving, cranky and we were on edge after driving back to the hotel through the one snowstorm of the season. We had dinner at the restaurant only out of convenience. First of all, the food was to die for. We even ordered some to take home because we knew nothing would compare on our way home LOL while we ate a nice lady working at the restaurant shoveled a pathway around our SUV so we didn't have to step in snow to get back in our vehicle. Ive never experienced that level of customer service before, EVER. My boyfriend has traveled to Italy before and I've had some great meals from my family members who've immigrated from Naples..... my boyfriend ordered the pasta Alfredo on rigitoni, it was spot on. We all agreed. Being Italian American and New yorkers, I'll also say the spicey tangy wings are also spot on. They are seriously just as good as those in buffalo. After spending the day at a resort that charged resort prices for something that was made many hours before we bought it, it was so nice to sit down to an enjoyable meal. It picked our spirits right up. Had I known that while we ate someone was shoveling around our car, I would have taken out some cash through the ATM to tip her. I hope the woman is...

We grab takeout from here once in a while. The last few times though the food has been, I'll be nice, not good.

Tonight for example. Ordered 2 medium pizzas and 2 apps, was told roughly 45 mini to pickup. We got to the restaurant tonight, by the clock in the car and on the cellphone, at the right time. I pay my bill and get handed cold and soggy pizza boxes.

We get home, both pizzas are borderline warm to cold AND both apps were the same way, we live maybe a 15 mini drive, not ANYWHERE near far enough for what should have been fresh and hot food. Typically when you pick up takeout, the containers also have some condensation if the food is cooked fresh and hot, somehow our fried ravioli and broccoli bites, their containers were dry as a bone, almost as if the apps were precooked, left in hotel pan on the line, and tossed in containers for to go orders.

The pizzas, cold and doughy.

If you order ANY amount of takeout from a restaurant, you should NOT have to go home and re-cook everything just to be able to eat, especially when the wait is 45 mini.

The only other explanation is that the people taking orders are NOT communicating properly with the kitchen to give accurate times.

Probably the last time we'll be ordering from here, because include the last time this happened, part of order was wrong too along with cold food, and a restaurant that doesn't address issues you bring up...doesn't build confidence in...

I generally don't give out 5 stars, but I don't think there's anything that I would change about this place. The side salad alone is nothing like you'll get anywhere else. It comes with black olives, cucumbers, onions and tomatoes and was under $5. And it's not the cheap iceberg lettuce. The eating areas are spacious. You're not sitting on top of other diners and being hit by traveling wait staff. There is an outdoor dining area as well. Portions are large... We are big eaters and generally end up taking half home. The eggplant Parmesan and chicken parmesan are our favorites. The Sicilian pizza is fabulous - crispy crust, tangy sauce and loaded with cheese. The staff are prompt and friendly and the prices are very reasonable, especially for the portion size. Love this place.

If you're in the Moosic area and looking for great food and service then look no further. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. And of course the food is delicious. I'm from Jersey originally, so I'm a bit of a pizza snob and I have to say that they have done of the best pizza outside the Jersey New York area. My favorite dish though is their meat lovers stromboli. You can get a small which is still large. Or you can get a large which is family sized. I order it for myself while I'm working up here and have it for 3 days as my meals and can't get enough. I highly recommend stopping by.

I hadn’t been to Grande Pizza in years. The last visit was back when it was at the Birney Plaza shopping mall. They have maintained great quality food. The food isn’t at bargain prices but not overpriced. The New York-style pizza is loaded with cheese and balanced well with a fresh crust and sauce. There is also a bar with 10 taps serving the national staples of beer and a couple of craft beers. Definitely a wonderful choice if you’re not in the mood for Old Forge style pizza.
