I love subway! I order all the time!! The lady that is running this place is absolutely the worst! I ordered on the app... I ordered 3 different orders . 1 was 6 fiotlongs, 1 was a 6in and a foot long, and 1 was 4 footlongs. I order like this often. She messed up 3 of the first order. I brought 2 back she said scrape off the wrong dressing g and pick off the pickles.... she couldn't fix it because I ordered too many subs... are said it was my fault for not putting in the notes that I couldn't eat pickles.... My wife and I went here for lunch. The person making the subs was beyond rude and not putting the correct items on the sub. When it came time to check out we tried using a valid coupon and the sub maker stated that we could not use it. She would not accept it and was very rude to my wife about this. Subs were made right and tasted great, however there was only one young man working named Emilio and a whole line of customers. I felt so bad for him, the phone was ringing which he couldn't answer, and at one point while preparing another customer's sub he cut himself which he had to take care of and he had no one to step up to support him.
