From the first call and talking with Bailey I knew that this was the place to try. Very friendly and relaxed setting puts you at ease. Bailey understood my anxiety and paired me with "Cee Cee" Alicia! So very patient and kind as this was my first visit there, I had many questions. My second visit since I received my card to any store. I certainly wasn't disappointed. There are 4 shops all within sight. Since we had traveled to get there we visited each one. The Pinnacle Emporium exceeded all expectations! Definitely the biggest selection and the most relaxing atmosphere. If you want someone who really cares about helping you as if you were family, this is the only place to go. Cee Cee remembers my issues and my likes. She has guided me better than 4 specialists and a surgeon! At over 60, finally relief without constant heavy medication. So, I've been able to partake in 3 of the 5-6 dispensaries between Adrian and Morenci. Morenci is closer by roughly 30 minutes for me, so my own personal choice tends to be biased in Morenci's dispensaries' favor; however, this review will come from an impartial third-person perspective. I'll refrain from naming specific competitors, as I feel that's reviewing in bad faith.

Quality and service are the reasons consumers decide to switch to the significantly higher cost of dispensary bud, so those two factors will be the main focus.

The bud here is absolutely top notch. My selections included two pre-rolls (Green Crack & Sour Diesel). 24%, smokes like 28-30%. Flower choices were 1/8 each of Blue Dream, Lemon Berry #3, and Headband Cookie, all over 24%. Edibles were "limited" to Electric Watermelon Gummies, really two blue slabs of pure THC. I will note, the selection of edibles is phenomenal, and Friday seems to be the day they get a new shipment in.

Service was 6/5 stars. I've read a couple other reviews that mention this, and even though I didn't get any of their names, they're cool as hell, know exactly where everything is in the store, knowledgeable about their whole craft. I can't really compliment the staff enough!

Caution - Check what you're purchasing! I am a repeat customer but just paid full price for a bag of shake.

I am reviewing the product purchased not the service.

I purchased an eight of Fruity Pebbles OG (FPOG) and was blown away at how great it was. I decided to go back and get an ounce once it was back in stock. It was busy so I waited in the parking lot and ordered an ounce online. The nice attendant took my order, brought it out, and I paid. Having been there multiple times and trusting them I did not check the ounce. On the way home I peaked in the bag and was shocked to see I got a bag of shake.

I haven't felt this ripped off since buying schwag back in high school since the 80's. It was my job to check the bag but I 'assumed' I could trust that I was buying an ounce of quality flower. See the photos.

This really frustrates me because the biggest bud in the bag is about the size of a pea. It is nothing at all like the previous 1/8th I purchased - let alone the photos on the site when you're ordering.

The total for the ounce is around $330.00 including tax. Full disclosure I purchased this with a veterans discount of 25% - an elevated discount due to Independence Day. Never-the-less, I got a bag of shake.

Needless to say, and sad to say, I will not be back. So please check your bag and verify you are purchasing...
