Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

i just called the restaurant because the girl at jack in the box forgot to give me my drink and unfortunately i realized this when i got home, a girl name Ivette answered i asked my husband to call and the girl just said "well just come back, to get it" okay obviously but the tone and the way she said it sounded like WE did something wrong,and she hung up and we were not done. I called back right away and my call was not getting pickup i called again and Ivette answers again I explained to her that the man who just called was my husband someone forgot accidentally to give me the drink i just paid for, she said "yeah come pick it up!" i said ok is it possible to get a burger for the inconvinience since i have to drive back and its pouring outside at midnight. She said "UH, tss NO!" ill make it a Large and im thinking to myself it was a large.. .I asked for her name she responded "what do you need that for i tolde her Im just going to file a complaint, then i hear this is the manager and it sounded jsut like her, my husband and I looked at each other, like is this really happening. . Thats when i heard again "This is the manager what do you want!" ohhhhhhh myy goodness i could not believe this,I asked for her name as well she just kept repeatting thisis the manager. i said ma'am can i get your name. .why do you need this for? i responded im going to complain she said Darlene, I said ohh your the one that gave me my order your name is on my receipt she said it wasnt me i was in the back the girl was just in my login!!! Im a Broker and we are accountable for every single transaction that goes in my logins. But thats just me i guess. . Im super tierd and i get this the worst service I ever paid for and i go there often. . .It might not seem bad to some maybe im overreacting but his was not free. and "the manager, Darlene wich sounded like and older woman and young Ivette were pretty rude and Ivette said her name like its, IVETT with a T! i do not recomend to go to this place and other restaurants atleast apologize and give you something complimentary. . I think i will defenately take thisa little further beacsue now i feel like they will probably spit in my drinkor throw something in there. =( very...

Food is quick and good quality all the time. Night and day I go here and leave without seeing anything missing or looking terrible. The people at shift change from 4am are cool but the biggest issue no matter the day is the homeless doing drugs in the parking lot and the collection of people with shopping carts and tarps hanging out along the side sometimes. There was a point where I parked waiting for the next set of workers and 3 homeless people were under a tarp smoking one crack pipe and a few joints talking about some woman they met from another homeless spot that put out for a few bucks. I put it in drive and went home as I lost my appetite.

It's not the workers fault in the building but the area is notorious for crack heads walking around sometimes in the middle...

If you had to pick, just don't come to this one unless you know when a good staff member is on duty because i dont know if it's the new hires or something but I had a encounter where I felt one chasier was showing that they are fed up with me when I had some small complications with my debt card so I just payed with cash and when I got my change they gave me a large corner rip 10 dollar bill and we asked for a different one and they said they couldn't open the register again and said it was find but the bill wouldn't work for me to use on vending machines making me have some other complications when I went to a local store to have it changed.
