Subject: Order Issue and Service Concerns at This Little Caesars Location
Dear Little Caesars Management,
My wife and I placed an order through the Little Caesars mobile app for pickup at your location last Tuesday March 5th. Upon arrival, due to heavy rain, I dropped my wife off at the entrance and provided her with the mobile app retrieval code.
Unfortunately, a staff member at the front cashier informed my wife that they were unable to verify the order using the code due to concerns about theft from the pizza warmers. As a person with limited mobility, this policy necessitated me parking the car and walking through the rain into the store to present my phone with the confirmed order details.
Furthermore, the pizzas were retrieved from behind the counter rather than the designated warmers. Upon reaching home, we discovered the order contained inaccuracies and the food itself was not as fresh as one would expect from a recently prepared pizza. Due to the inconvenience and the weather conditions, we opted not to return for a replacement.
This experience raises several concerns:
Mobile App Retrieval Code Functionality: If the app retrieval code system is not a reliable method for order verification, its purpose becomes unclear.
Order Accuracy for Mobile Orders: The incorrect order highlights a potential issue with accuracy checks for mobile orders. Staff retraining in this area may be beneficial.
Food Temperature for Take-Out Orders: Providing lukewarm pizza detracts from the customer experience. Ensuring pizzas are kept at optimal temperature until pickup is essential.
We are disappointed with this experience and will likely choose to patronize your competitors in the future.

Read moreThe pizza itself is good, I always order online because I know they always take forever for an order to be ready but it never disappoints 😂 ordered my online order at 5:15 it said my order would be ready at 5:25 I didn’t get off my car until 5:45 to pick up (giving them extra time because they NEVER have anything ready) I get off and say I had an online order. The girl walks to the back and checks and says it will be ready in about 3 minutes . I said it’s fine . I already knew that those 3 minutes ment “we are berly gona make your pizza” . I stood to the side and waited over 20 minutes and she just kept giving everyone else’s order out except mine. Another cashier went to the front and I asked her about my status and she went to the back came back up to me and asked what my order was ? I told her my order , she went back to the back then back to the cashier and started calling people in line while having me there in the front . I asked her if my order was ready and she said it was never made ! So why did the first girl say it would be ready in 3 minutes ? Lol what a joke , crazy part is how I already expect horrible service at every little Caesar’s , so I just requested a refund. Walked out the store at 5:58.. waste of time again lol Next time I’ll rather pay more and have my pizza delivered from elsewhere than wasting my time there … managers aren’t even managers don’t even know how to manage the store, food orders , and employees . Read moreI order 4 pizzas around 6:05. The lady that took my order told me there was a 45min waitng time and I agreed to wait. When I arrived at the location the cashier told me my pizzas were time expired for the 30 min life on the pizza. I asked why would they tell me to come 45 min later. they offer new pizzas but i had to wait, so I did wait again for 20min none of the girls bother to rechecked my order to verify if I had everything I had order. When finally my pizzas were ready I left, and remember when I was in the car I had ordered wings so I went back kn again and they only had one order of wings in the warmer which already were expired. I cant believe it took me more than 1:45 min to finally get home and feed my family this is anacceptable and they should check their orders before giving them to the customer to make sure they have everything ready.
