WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

My 1st and last time going there. I ordered online to make things easier. I wanted extra sauces so they charged me .29¢ each (X 5) online. No problem. I ordered curbside pick up. When I arrived, no one would answer the curbside pick up phone line. So I walked in. My order was ready. Not under any heat source to keep warm. No biggie since it only took me a few minutes to get there. (The online order website said my order won't be ready for 27 minutes. Had I waited to pick it up, it would have been sitting cold all that time, not at a safe temperature) Anyways, I look in my bag and see little packets of sauce and thought I hadn't recieved the sauces I paid for so I told them. The cashier had no idea what to say so she called over someone else. The lady tells me the packets ARE the ones I paid for. I said oh, I thought they'd come in little plastic containers. She said no. Unless it says it on the receipt. (Um hello, not my fault they're system doesn't say that.) So I asked, so you charged me but you're giving them away to everyone else? She said yeah. She said because you ordered online. I said, how is that fair? She walked away. I never got rude or loud or disrespectful at all. She just didn't want to deal with it or even apologise. So I asked the cashier, well since I paid for my sauces, I want more but I'm not paying for more when you guys give them away for free. She gave me a handful and I thanked her and left. The sauces didn't even have enough in it to fill a Taco Bell hot sauce packet. And my daughter and I didn't even like the sauce after all that. We prefer teriyaki sauce. They don't use teriyaki sauce. We won't be returning. Sorry. Not sorry. BTW, it wasn't the cashier's fault. But the other lady (asian, manager?) was rude and unhelpful and didn't solve the issue or give me a refund for the sauces I paid for.. Not good...

I recently visited Waba Grill and was thoroughly impressed by their range of veggie alternatives and the overall cleanliness of the place. Its waba the food is always good. As far as this location i like its clean. Just watch out for the portion servings ive been there once before order the chicken bowl when i got home i had like 4 poeces of chicken and all rice. A second time i went there had the same experience but checked the bowl in the restaurant and complained about the portion size. I mean plates are close to 10 dollars i know for a fact that im not paying no 10 dollars of rice. Anyways they apologize and got a good portion of chicken. The thing about it is that waba does not measure the chicken portion. They should weight it or something make it fair for the customer. When i can count 5 bite size pieces of chicken I'm not going to be happy. Ill be taking pictures of the waba at my workplace portions who do a great job and then putting it side by side with the laughable portion sizes you get at this location in my following review. Will be back just for the pictures. I see many other reviews who have complained about the portion sizes and yet there's been no change. Please post the portion sizes. Also dont be surprise if i ask for more in my next visit or ill ask for...
