Stopped in on a whim. Had no expectations. It was one woman working who was the jack of all trades: greeting, Sitting order taking cashing people out busing tables. Her customer service and hospitality far out numbered any restaurant that I've been to recently anywhere. We went to The Carbon City Cafe around lunch time. The food was good and well prepared. I had a patty melt while my wife enjoyed a French dip. Service was pleasant and quick and our drink glasses never even made it to halfway before being refilled. Pricing was extremely fair if not low for the amount and quality of the food offered. We came in to eat about 7:20 pm. We didn't realize they closed at 8. Food came out hush puppies were cold fish was hot but it was falling apart and very greasey.
