Hardee’s — Restaurant in Morgantown

This reviews for the Hardee's in Morgantown Kentucky. This is my second time coming here and the first time was about a year ago. I went inside to place my order and immediately noticed that the dining room was quite messy. The tables were cleared and clean but the drink prep area, fountain soda machines, ketchup pumps etcetera we're very messy. There was dried soda splashed all over the place ketchup all over the grates but had dried and stuck to it and a lot of sticky spots on the floor around the area including beside the counter which let me know the mess had been there quite a while. I also noticed while standing there and watching them prep the order that there was a lot of dirty spots and spills in the area behind the counter. It took them quite a while to prepare the order which I found to be a little odd because of the fact they were not busy at all as I was the only person in the dining area at the time. The people were very friendly though. I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich and was quite disappointed because the meat was barely warm and had no flavor.l also ordered onion rings and they made them fresh. Overall I was not very pleased with the restaurant and I am big on cleanliness so I probably won't return...

I Ordered a chicken bowl and a chicken quesadilla . I got a chicken bowl and quesadilla and medium coke and was charged $11.43. That price is outrageous and didnt get what I asked for . It would be different if I had extra money , I am living paycheck to paycheck with my 3 kids and couldnt go back to tell them because I was on lunch and had limited time so i tried to call the hardees 4 times and it rang and rang no one answered the phones. VERY POOR SERVICE and I will share this on facebook sites and I will never be back . Also informed all the clients at my workplace, we see more than 30 patients a day ! Also wasnt told a price and wasnt given a receipt. I was there at 12:00...

Food was good but they ran out of biscuits. Second trip sucked. Eggs are like plastic and the cheese as well. 2/22

My grandson and I have breakfast about 3 times a week at hardees, last Thursday stood at the counter for about 10 minutes no one acknowledged we were at the counter. Saw asst. and mgr walk behind the grill area and to the packing station. We left and went to Mc Donald's. Today went through drive through. Had to give order twice and was given wrong type of gravy and no has rounds. Dont know that we will...
