Subway — Restaurant in Moriarty

I will say this pilot location was awesome... Great friendly service.. I will also add service was good as well here at the subway on April 14th about 12pm. BUT....... We got 2 footlongs one grilled chicken and other one steak. Took it to go eat in the truck etc. My son said he had no steak in his sandwich... None. I thought he was being dramatic bcz honestly my children sandwich had the amount of chicken that would go in a 6 inch NOT a footlong. Anyway then a few hours later we went to eat the other half and I opened his sandwich and even picked around amongst all the veggies and I could not find one piece of steak in there... I mean if I wanted a veggie one I would have ordered that. But no i paid for the steak, right?? Maybe the guy warmed and forgot to put on I don't know. But where was the rest of my chicken as well?????? The worst part was I then tried to call and I tried like 3 times NO answer.. I even called the pilot asked them to tell subway to plz answer the phone, I mean they say they take phone orders, well not like that they can't.... Anyway before 10pm when they closed I tried another 5 or so times as I would like my sandwiches properly remade the next time I am even in New Mexico.. and they had no direct email contact, the only way to email corporate I needed some store number off a receipt I don't think I even got .... So anyway I am leaving this post in hopes the subway manager will see what is actually going on .. and I will be attempting to call again until I get thru to the store and honestly I would like my order corrected and something additional comped at this point as it should not take this much work on my part to get what I freaking...

Not only was the line very long but the gentleman behind the counter didn't know what turkey looked like. I tierd to order 2 kids sandwiches and was told I dont know how to make that I even let them know how big a child's sandwich was. We waiting in line for 35 to 40 minutes my poor other half was so frustrated with the service he didn't even get anything. The place was sadly not worth it. The attitude from the younger staff member was not very welcoming and kind of rude. I made everything as easy as I could knowing there were other behind us waiting on food. My oldest wanted a rib sandwich and we were told they don't have that even though they are advertising it everywhere. All in all I was very disappointed and will not be going back there ever...

9/2 @ 11am went in to get my wife some cookies that she wanted and they didn't have any AT ALL made but told they had just made them. I said okay, how much longer before they're finished ? the guy talking my order turns to the other guy that seemed he was taking his time with the breads and asked him how long for the cookies? About 10 ten minutes? The guy taking his sweet time,replies, until they're cooled. So I asked again, how much longer is that? He then answered, I'm not touching them until they're cool to the touch. Not, I can take them out with with a spatula but they'll be warm. Nope, flat out I'm not touching them. Must be great to show up to work and not work. Pathetic employee, the other employees was also baffled by...
