McDonald's — Restaurant in Morristown

I’m used to McDonald’s messing up. Who ain’t, it’s a normal thing. Whatever. But this time, was something else. 6 workers, doesn’t sound like much, but that is a decent night crew. Not too busy, but about 5 cars which if you are new can be overwhelming I guess. Left out my nuggets, I say whatever and husband says no and we go back, 4 people, including the manager look at me and keep it pushing. The young kid at the fry station pops around and helps me out. I get back out to the car and now my child wants nuggets so we go back through drive thru, quicker this time. We start to pull off and I get her food out and it’s a cheeseburger wrap. I think okay whatever she can eat it, I’m not going back again. Again husband says no so we go back and I am looking at the burger and it is a bun with cheese. At this point I give up, I go in and they come straight to me because they are aware I’m back for their mess up. So I tell them it was supposed to be nuggets and I got this cheese bun and they tell the kid from the fry station that helped last time to make me a cheeseburger. It's almost comical how bad this place is. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I have to admit I knew going in I would be disappointed; so I gave the 2nd star because at least they are consistent. The only reason we still give this place a shot is because McDonald's is like crack to my 4yo and we let him pick where we eat here and there. I think my wife and I are going to start making prop bets on what is wrong with our order just to have a little fun with the consistently bad experiences of this McDonald's. All that to say, 3 of our 4 meals were wrong. Mine and both of my son's were wrong; mine was just missing bacon (I checked my receipt, I did pay for bacon). Both of my boys got the wrong toy in their Happy meal, were both shorted their yogert, and in both Happy Meal boxes their fries were dumped in the box with the paper/sleeve/fry bag thing just laying on top of the pile of food in the Happy Meal box. I would have said something to get the toy and missing food corrected, but we couldn't find a clean table that the 4 of us could sit at, so we took the order home instead. So, as I said, we'll be doing prop bets on what will go wrong at our next visit, and maybe an over/under on total mistakes... What's a...

Today I used the mobile ordering app and decided to use it curbside. The app said it would take 5 minutes and it ended up taking 10. When the woman came to my car she didn't say a word and handed me my food. As I looked in the bag I noticed I had not received my happy meal. I then had to get my niece out of the car, take her inside with me, and go get the happy meal. I told the woman at the counter and she then proceeded to get my happy meal. As she was getting it ready another woman noticed my happy meal that I had ordered was sitting on a counter and proceeded to give me the old one. I assumed she would give me the new happy meal along with the other one that she got together, but instead she gave me the old one. Not one person apologized for the inconvenience. It was very inconvenient knowing I had mobile ordered curbside and had to go inside and get my food. This is honestly one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been too and they just reopened from a rennovation. On top of that earlier this week I went there twice for a drink and they can never get it right. Every time I go I get the wrong drink. Something needs to be done about this McDonald's because I have had three problems within a week of...
