Mancino’s Pizza and Grinders — Restaurant in Morton Township

Out of four pizza places in a small, rural area, this is both the most expensive and lowest quality. I've been getting pizza here occasionally for more than a decade and the quality has remained constant. Sometimes soggy, sometimes burnt toppings, sometimes pretty good.

To top off the middling pizza, the customer service is just as hit or miss, which has what has finally brought me to review this place after so many years. After calling yesterday to place an order, I was exasperatedly told that I was calling too close to closing time. I apologized and noted that I thought their hours online stated a later time to which they snappily replied that those are their "summer hours".

You mean the hours that don't apply for at least half of the calendar year? I'm supposed to have known that you are purposely publishing incorrect times and are too lazy to update them twice a year? Never blame your customers for your own shortcomings.

So I was looking for a pizza place and I found Lakeside Pizza & Grinders. But when I arrived everyone is wearing Mancino’s Pizza, and it is located sharing a gas station. I had ordered and arrived to pick up my pizza. I was told they had forgot to put my pizza in and so I had to wait for it. This place is very chaotic and does not have a coordinated system to run it. I got a 14” deluxe pizza, a thick crust pan pizza and a seafood salad, and barbecue chicken wings, the price for this was $68.70! When I got home after the long wait, my pan pizza was way overdone and I ordered mushroom and double pineapple and there was only a couple of pieces of pineapple on it! Also the seafood salad for my daughter was not good, she stated. The 14” pizza was good and the chicken wings were overcooked as well. I've been shopping at Mancino's for a very long time now I'm a local resident I live less than 2 miles away which is their spanning Canadian Lakes yet they will not deliver to me because I do not live in Canadian Lakes it is my birthday I assumed certificate that says they will deliver a specific item but since it is not over a certain amount of money I cannot fulfill my birthday card because I have seizures and I'm not allowed to go to this establishment so obviously they do not support or care about the sabold patrons even though two-thirds of their patrons or disabled people that live in Canadian Lakes I was treated very rudely I've already had to complain several times about people pairing food without gloves on I would not serve this establishment I would not have this establishment in my gas station I would not eat is this establishment I'm not even going to use my gift card for this...
