First let's just clear up the fact that this owner is not near the businessman as the original owner. I ate at the New Martinsville location my whole life growing up and ordered from the Moundsville location and the pizza is just not what you expect from them. The mild banana peppers were spicy instead of sweet, and when I called to go over it with them the lady that answered the phone said she knew what I meant, but then when she put the manager on she said they weren't hot at all. I then asked to speak to the owner since he was there and he told her he was busy making bread and didn't have time to speak with me. They would not even check the peppers themselves to know what I was talking about and refused to make it right in any way! There are multiple other local pizza shops that treat their customers respectfully, I will never go to this establishment again!
To respond to the owner's response, NO ONE laughed about anything in the restaurant and two codes were used as one pie was for myself and my kids and the other for my sister and her family. Just because we used the same payment method, as she can't pay cash with an online order, does not mean anyone was trying to scam a $5 discount. We still paid $25 per pie for something that was spicy and isn't supposed to be. PJ'S has never put spicy peppers on and the owner denied even looking into it after his employee verified I was not the first to say that batch is spicy. I've got the conversation recorded and can hear the first employee verify this before the manager and owner denied it. Another local Mom and Pop shop ruined by another owner's take over and lack for respect for the customer's. They want to try and bash you on a review to make themselves seem like a victim to hide the ignorance of the owner! I still have most of our pie as my kids can eat spicy things but my wife and I cannot, and would be willing to show anyone out there that this owner is straight lying and full of it. I've contaced a lawyer to show them the pizza pie and have the peppers tested for proof they are indeed spicy and then I will post the results after my consultation with them. Anyone that has ever eaten PJ'S pizza knows what I'm talking about as the works XL Sicilian pizza has never...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAll of our food was prepared quickly & came out hot & delicious! I love that their menu didn't just consist of pizza.. they offer so many different options, which made for easy ordering when it comes to having 3 super picky (& super differentš) kids who all wanted different things! Their pizza doesn't taste like every other pizza place out there.. it has a unique taste, the toppings were actually fresh & our supreme pizza was LOADED with yummy toppings! Not just barely covered (like most other pizza shops "supreme" options). We live in Bridgeport & unfortunately aren't down that way often, but when we do come back, we will definitely be ordering again & trying some of the other menu items!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered delivery through their website. After an hour and 20 minutes, I called and asked about my order and they said they were waiting for a delivery person. It took two hours for my food to get here. And when it got here, the DoorDash lady told me that she had just gotten the delivery. Which meant my food sat there for an hour and a half before they even bothered to let DoorDash knowthat it was sitting there. I wouldnāt have ordered at all had I known they did not have their own delivery people. Worst food and worst service I ever had. The only thing that was good out of the meal was the dessert. Which they do not make. They order it from a...
