Dollar General — Local services in Moundsville

you know what I shop there everyday I spend a lot of money at that store and it has gotten better but I don't like the fact that they do not let you know that they're going to be closed for any reason I understand things happen but you know what.. this day and age anybody can get on a website and put the reason why their store is not open because a lot of people waste their gas and their time to go to their store only to be turned away and for someone like me who walks, it's a real burden and then when you call no one answers I always get an answering machine... And is this very moment I got on the website and they say their store is open...

It's good when you need something small or fast and I dont really want to go to a big store like Walmart or Kroger quick fast and in a hurry. Editing to add: been closing early every night for some reason. I think ok, I have 15 minutes and only need one thing but I get there and the doors are locked. You guys can't keep closing early every night. You're open till 10. Not 9:50. Very aggravating. Not to mention how often they were closed this past year for "maintenance". It's always something with this place. They have a great location, too bad they are running it into the ground and losing customers...

Not the cheapest place for anything, really. Family Dollar is worth checking out of you're on a strict budget. Outdoor placemats were $3 EACH here! Sooooooooo four (outdoor) placemats for $12!!? #highwayrobbery I think 4/$1 is what it should be. That price is definitely more on their level since half the merchandise in the store is scattered all over their gray, concrete floor. Friendly staff, but the place is always a disaster. It's not bargain shopping, and it's not convenient. I truly believe it's the worst of...
