Hardee's — Restaurant in Mount Carmel

Let me start by saying that my family and I have been loyal customers of this Hardee’s for over 20 years. The service and quality of the food has gone down hill for a long time. I decided to order some breakfast and a drink for delivery. Upon getting my drink and drinking it, it tasted off. It tasted like moldy/mildewy. Being the nice person I am, I decided to let the restaurant know so they could check it and upon letting them know the girl that answered the phone responded with, “well how do you know what mold tastes like?”

1. I have accidentally taken a bite of moldy bread before and it’s gross. That’s what it tastes like. I don’t know if it was the Sprite, the ice, or maybe something in the cup but it tasted gross.
2. responding rudely was uncalled for. I wasn’t calling for free stuff, I figured a place would want to know if there is an issue with their food.
3. how about whoever answering the phone take some classes on bring a decent human being and customer relations because she needs it. Her manager needs to take action on her being rude to customers for no reason! I’m honestly not sure we will be back, I think this is the last straw...

Came here at 1000 and apparently found out they stop making breakfast well before serving time is over. So I called to ask about it and the lady immediately hanged up without explaining why. When I called again the gentleman who answered was claiming I was cussing her out which was a blatant lie and I told him so but he continues to tell me she has the right then he hanged up on me before answering my question of what the employee's name was so I could report this incident he immediately said bye and hanged up too. I'm a navy vet christian whose been eating this Hardee's for years I can understand the lack of employees make things hard which might be the reason for no longer making till the end of serving but rather than say that they became rude and disrespectful by lying and hanging up without answering a question. Beyond poor customer service from someone who has work customer service for several years myself. Never coming to this location ever again. Lastly I'll also be reporting this to corporate to find out how to prevent this experience for...

The way restaurant prices—fast food included—are rising while the quality is declining is disappointing. I went to this Hardee's around 6:30 this morning. I used to come here a lot, but the cost has forced me to go once every few months or so. This morning, I decided I was in the mood for some biscuits and gravy. My partner went for a sausage biscuit, which I now wish I had too.

I know how biscuits and gravy should taste and look because I've had it from Hardee's a lot, however, what I received was not anythig like it. The biscuit was more of a thick cookie, measuring approximately an inch high. The lukewarm gravy had the consistency of watered-down cream soup rather than gravy. I ate two bites and threw it away!  I am done wasting...
