Milk & Honey Coffee and Tea — Restaurant in Mount Carmel

I don't think I could perfectly encapsulate how beautiful this shop is. From glowing Ana, to the sweet smells when you walk in, to the creatively crafted coffee, this place is magical. When people talk about the good things in small towns-this is the epitome. I've never felt more welcome and accepted as I do here. Ana's kind eyes and beautiful smile greet me, understand and listen to me. I can talk about my personal struggles with her and she always has something uplifting or kind to say. Many days I've walked in feeling like I needed a pick me up, and I got just that. When I walk in, it feels like home. Mount Carmel is my favorite town, and this is one of my favorite places.

My favorite coffee from here is a decaf brown sugar shaken espresso with banana cream pie cold foam and a coffee cake when they are available. I also enjoy their front porch special if you like tea, and I always check out her seasonal board.

Once again, I couldn't recommend this...

I wish I would’ve come here sooner! The iced latte I got here was better than anything I’ve gotten from any of the other coffee shops in town!

The issue I have with other places is that they make their drinks so disgustingly sweet to the point where I have to ask for them to reduce the amount of syrup — otherwise it feels like you’re just drinking a cup full of sugar.
