I couldn’t ask for anything more for a cafe anywhere but specifically Mt. Carroll. The sausage and egg burrito was fantastic! I could tell all the ingredients were fresh and the owner confirmed that the sausage was homemade too and I could tell even before he clarified. It came with a side of sour cream and green salsa (salsa verde). That happens to be the salsa I will put on EVERYTHING! I got an iced oat milk Latte and it was definitely strong enough without being overpowering - personally I like to taste the coffee in my drinks and I did but it was smooth; not like burnt coffee. Please come support , you will be glad you did !
