Buck N Dink's BBQ — Restaurant in Mount Clemens

Food truck came to my job today. I usually eat something from our little shop, but I decided to skip and give this a try. For just over $10 I got a pulled pork slider, brisket slider, chips, a drink, and a great attitude from the guy who served me.

I am currently sitting at my desk eating their pulled pork and brisket sliders as I write this. It tastes pretty dang good! I’m a bit picky with my BBQ since I grew up on southern BBQ, but I’m definitely willing to eat this again. The meat is tender, the sauce is tangy with a kick, and the sauce to meat ratio on each slider complement each other.

I saw some of the not so great reviews from a few months back and I think it sucks that people review bomb just because someone else is being honest. I hope my little ol review helps out! Very good BBQ. I had the brisket and pulled pork. I really enjoyed both, and can't wait to go back for some ribs.

The sides. I think they have the best coleslaw I've ever had. Certainly the best I've had in a while.

To me, the mac & cheese seemed a little bland, but I'm sure some people prefer it that way (especially kids) as a side to flavorful BBQ. The noodles were not overcooked like they are at most places. Anyway, nothing a little hot sauce couldn't fix.

I thought we got nice portions for a fair price, and will go back soon/often.

If you live in the area, or are just passing through, you should stop in and get something at their walk-up window. You won't be disappointed.

We had a family party and they made our day so easy. From the first phone call, they answered all of my questions and all of my follow up calls as well. Brandy was so sweet and you could tell she was excited for our event. Payment was super easy as well as it was all done online on a secure link via email. They literally provide everything from napkins, disposable plates, drinks, in addition to the food and sides. The food was great and the guest loved the whole experience. The truck is cute, too! Such a vibe. The staff is so friendly and professional and I felt like they were good friends with us by the end of the party.
