The most Rude and disrespectful staff i have ever encountered!! I was expressing my disatisfaction with the $16.00 box of prepared hot chocolate that i purchased early in the morning for my daughters club meeting at her school. When we got to the school and served the hot chocolate to the students, the drink came out as a cold thick sludge that was not edible. I had many errands to run that day so i stopped by the following day to make a purchase in the drivethru (again spending money with them despite my previous experience). I spoke with the manager thru the window and assured her i was not looking for a refund but I had to let her know about my experience the day before.
Well my friends the manager was rude and dismissive and shut the window in my face mid sentence. She turned her back to me and did not open the window again till she handed me my order. She passed my bag thru the window shut it quickly with the meanest balled up facial expressuon and preceded to talk to the other 2 cashiers in the window while throwing her hands in the air and rolling her eyes. I beeped the horn because i was not finished completing my order. I wanted to request some condiments. She would not look back towards me. I sat there shocked and annoyed that she appeared to be okay with how she handled this situation. The whole experience was diatasteful and unacceptable! I am dedicating a good amount of energy today to express my disatisfaction with the service at this location on every review site i can find as well as contacting corporate first thing monday morning!...
Read moreI ordered a medium iced coffee with brownie batter syrup, a pump of liquid sugar, and some almond milk. The employee brought it over and it was a small even though I was charged for a medium and I asked her if she could please make it a medium.
She dumps the coffee into a new cup and just adds more coffee without changing the amount of syrup or milk or anything so it was very bitter. I asked her if she could please remake it and she started literally screaming at me saying she isn’t remaking it. She then opens the register and slams $2 in front of me and says she is too busy to remake it. I was the only customer in the store and no one in the drive thru. I asked her again if she could please remake it and she screamed in my face and said she is not remaking my coffee.
I ended up leaving in tears. It’s so hard for me to ask for things like that because I am disabled and to be treated like that was horrible. I don’t know why she yelled at me I was very polite and didn’t raise my voice or anything. It was so scary and I’m not sure when I’ll have the courage to go to any Dunkin...
