Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Holly Township

This is the worst Papa John's I have ever been to. I just ordered a Pizza today that was actually a complimentary pizza because they screwed up my order last time too. Last time I ordered half chicken and extra cheese and half pineapple and chicken. I got pepperoni instead of pinapple. It wasn't a big deal. I called let them kniw they offered a free pizza. Problem solved. This time I called to cash in on the complimentary pizza. They got the tipping correct. Pepperoni and green peppers.. But they were crammed onto 2 and half slices of pizza and half the pizza was thin crust... half the pizza was deep dish. I called and the guy who answered was rude! Not once did he appologize or offer to fix it. He just excused himself because he was busy and working in a Pizza place sucks. Then I asked fora manager and I got dennis. Dennis took my order.. I spoke to him and let him know what had happened and he said... I made this pizza myself. I know what I made and told me I was wrong. I have pictures of said pizza. After a few go around he said I can replace the pizza. Still no appology. I told him I didn't want another pizza in my house tonight. His tone and rudeness and unwilling to take responsibility I told him forget it I'll just call corporate. And then HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I get it was a complimentary pizza... but i still have yet to actually pay for a Pizza I ordered. I am not ok with this level is customer service... product... or anything I have encountered with this store besides the delivery driver. He is...

I ordered a large pizza, a 2 liter of mt dew, and some boneless chicken probably six months or so ago on a week night around 7 pm. Delivery guy showed up almost an hour later with only my pizza. He said he forgot to grab the other stuff and he would run right back and get it for me. I only live 10 minutes away. After another 45 minutes I called and told them I had been waiting for the rest of my order. The girl that answered was nice and apologetic and said she'd send him out right away. A few minutes later the original delivery guy showed up with my chicken and a 2 liter. Of course the 2 liter was in a bag and I was just thrilled 2 finally get the rest of my order I didnt think to check it right away. Turned out to be a 2 liter of pepsi. I immediately called the store again and told them to bring me what i ordered and the girl again apologized and said it would be sent right out. At this point I'm irate and don't even really care about the food, it's purely on principal of getting what I paid for. Not to mention at this point it is after 9 pm and I have to get up for work before 5 am. I waited up until 1030 pm and no one ever showed back up with the correct 2 liter so I am done with this place for good. I tell everyone I know to avoid this place...

SCAMMERS !!! Do not order from here. I placed an order for delivery from here to my home in mount laurel it allowed the delivery online but then the manager James saw that it was 25 miles away and automatically switched my order to carry out and charged my card without calling me to ask me if that was what i wasnted first. Then he stays on the phone with me for over 11 minutes arguing as to why this was my fault and blaming me for what happened. And when i kept asking fir a refund he just kept talking over me. I asked for an email receipt stating that my order was canceled and it never came through. He states my money will be back in my account by Tuesday but we’ll see otherwise i’ll call my bank and have them reported. Such POOR Customer...
