Mount Herittage Bar & Grill - A Hidden Gem on the Southern Edge of Town!

If you're cruising down Highway 11, you've gotta stop in at this awesome new spot - Mount Herittage Bar & Grill! Located on the southern outskirts of town, this place is a real hidden gem, serving up a delicious menu of American and Greek delights.

From juicy, fresh-off-the-grill burgers and philly steak sandwiches to traditional, flavor-packed Greek gyros and platters. I recently stopped in and tried the chicken and lamb platter, and let me tell you - it was awesome. The perfectly seasoned grilled chicken and lamb, paired with the tangy tzatziki sauce, made for a flavorful meal. With chips and a drink included it was a great value.

The folks over at Mount Herittage Bar and Grill are clearly pouring their hearts into this new venture, and it shows. They're working on getting their beer, wine, and cocktail license, so be on the lookout for that. But in the meantime, do yourself a favor and swing by for a taste of their mouthwatering cuisine. Trust me, you'll be planning your next trip back before you even leave!

Decided to try Mount Heritage Bar and Grill today. This cute new location off Rt. 11 brings a new cuisine (Nepalese) to the area, along with usual American grub (ie chicken tenders, burgers, Philly cheesesteak, etc).

Service was great. The owner was one of the three working today. The owner loaded up our tray with food, utensils, condiments and walked it over to us instead of us having to get it ourselves. I don’t know if that was bc we came before the rush and he was able to or if that’s an every day thing.

As we ate and others were getting their to-go orders, I learned that the owner is an honest person. He made sure the recipients of the to-go orders knew the number of drinks that came with their order. I assume someone ordered two meals but only chose one drink, and he told them they got two and to get another one.

The space is small but there is plenty of outside seating. I hope they’ll find a way to close off the outside and put heaters up to accommodate the upcoming cooler seasons.

I wish this place luck, as this location needs a variety in food...

My coworker and I stumbled upon this place during the ice storm of 2025. I ordered the grilled chicken tenders, and cheese fries and my coworker got the Philly cheesesteak with chili cheese fries. Food was immaculate. *Sorry I don't have pictures I was halfway through my cheese fries and tenders when I wrote this 😁. Staff was friendly very accommodating. In this area there's not much in the way of food that isn't a franchise. I'm a firm believer in supporting small businesses especially locally owned. I hope others in the area give this place a chance. Because the food delivers in a very unexpected way. Very clean. well seasoned and the most important of all tasty!!! I definitely recommend. And we'll definitely be back next time I am in the area for...
