I got the churro waffles and a latte. The waffles had a lovely crunch on the outside but soft on the inside without being under cooked. The latte was perfect for me and reminded me of home. It was soft and creamy and mild. Some may prefer stronger and in that case just let the owner (the girl running it) know and she'd be happy to tailor it to you. She is very knowledgeable and conscientious on the quality of her products. Keeping her menu reasonably priced is very important to her. The talks with the customers who are interested in chatting, but she leaves you to enjoy the peace if you are quiet and don't encourage talking. The environment is charming and peaceful. There is a sitting area with comfy couches and toys/books for kids. There is a bar to sit at for those interested in chatting and tables seating 4 and 6. I learned the coffee shop opened yesterday February 3rd . There coffee selection had a variety of options. I had caramel over pour and it was to my liking.
