Papa's Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Mount Morris Charter Township

This review is for the new location on linden rd in flint township. I've been a regular customer at the Pierson rd location fore years and was happy to see a new location on my way to work. I ordered my usual Cajun catfish and a large fried okra. Everything including the catfish was way under cooked. GROSS. they also forgot my Cole slaw. I won't be back to the new location and will warn others to avoid it as well. UPDATE! I decided to give them a few more chances. Have gone back to the new location about 3 times since my review and they got something wrong on my order each time. This last time was the worst. They put the fried okra order in with the catfish dinner. First of all, it was for someone else, so it needed to be separate for that reason, second of all, it is far too greasy of an item to not put in a paper container so my fries were soft and soggy with grease...even the dog refused to eat them. The okra was over cooked and exploding too. She did put it in a different container for me, but while she was doing that I noticed she forgot my Chicken salad entirely...good thing I hadn't drove off without looking in the bag.We asked for no mayo on the burger...there was mayo on it. This location needs some serious management intervention. I won't go back after this even tho it is literally on my way to work. I love the Pierson Rd location tho and will continue...

I ordered 3 burgers well done and was told in the Drive-through that "All Burgers are well done". Needless to say ALL THREE BURGERS WERE PINK INSIDE"... I had just gotten out the hospital and didn't feel well to talk so I asked my mother to call and as for a replacement or refund and she was told that she had to bring the food back. Well I'm not about to have food just sitting around that I can't or won't eat so I took them back sick, hurting and all. When I got there I was told that I had to get out the car, walk to the window and bring them. I explained my situation and was told to stay in the line.... at this point I simply requested a refund because I had to drive alllllll the way back to the Papas, the guy was rude and refused to refund my $ I didn't even ask for all my $30+ back just for the 3 burgers. He refused and told me he already had the replacement patties on the grill never once in our conversation did he ask my preference he assumed I wanted his food not my money for uncooked food and wasted time. It was so bad and he was so inconsiderate that I told him to give his sandwiches to a homeless person or someone in need because I will not eat there. Needless to say he lost a once loyal customer...

PAPAS DRIVE THRU IN FLINT DO NOT EAT THERE THEY ARE RUDE .

THEY DO NOT WEAR HAIR NETS OR HATS OR GLOVES. LOTS OF LONG HAIR PEOPLE WORK THERE.

THEY WILL CALL YOU A LIAR TO YOUR FACE WHEN YOU PROVE THEM WRONG.

THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY WHEN THEY MESS UP 50% OF YOUR ORDER .

THEY DON'T KNOW THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN A GYRO AND A CHICKEN BACON WRAP.

THEY DO NOT DEVANE THE SHRIMP BECAUSE THEY BUY IT THAT WAY.

THEY DON'T KNOW THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN A GRINDER AND A SOGGY SUB.

THEIR BUILDING IS NASTY INSIDE AND OUT GROSS FOOD ALL OVER ON OUTSIDE OF BUILDING AND DRIVE THRU WINDOW CAN TELL ITS NEVER BEEN CLEAN NOT TO MENTION ITS VERY EXPENSIVE .

OH YA THEIR SHAKES ARE HALF THE SIZE THEY ADVERTISE.

THEY DO NOT WEAR HAIR NETS OR GLOVES LOTS OF LONG HAIR EMPLOYEES

PLEASE PASS THIS ON!!

OH YEA THESE PEOPLE ARE HOW WE THE FLINT CUSTOMERS ARE REFFERED TO!!

OH YEA ONE MORE THING COST $54 FOR 4 PEOPLE
