Subway — Restaurant in Mount Morris Charter Township

I will never go to Subway again ! Went inside to order, waited for 5 minutes to be waited on Only customer there??? The employee tried to put visibly rotten tomatoes on our sandwich. The girl gave me my total, I handed her a 20 dollar bill for a 7.41 purchase. She said I don't have change, what kind of business doesn't have change.??? She said the safe was locked and she didn't know how to open it. I asked if she could call a manager to open it to make change, she said I can't do that. She asked if I could use my credit card, which I didn't have on me. So I asked her what we could do so I could get the sandwich she had already made and took my coupon for. She just stared at me, so very frustrated I said for my hassle you should just satisfy the customer and let me have the sandwich, she says I can't give you free food, to which I was offended as she had my cash I gave her in her hand, Unbelievable and totally unacceptable...

I walked in to order a salad to go! All went well until we got to what type of dressing I wanted at the same time the cashier was trying to ring me up! The salad dressing was put on my salad and not given to me on the side! When I realized what had happened I told the cashier and at the same time the young lady who made the salad hollered out “you should have told me”!! The cashier then said “you have to let us know”. No!!! This is a take out salad and who wants a soggy salad when they get to their destination! A good salad maker would have asked if I want my dressing on the salad or on the side! Both workers were rude and not customer friendly! I went on Thursday, December 23rd between 3:30 and 4:30 pm! I hope you ladies are nicer to the next customer! This is by far the best, the most attentive subway I have ever been into! Not only did the ENTIRE staff have big smiles but they were all wonderful women to talk to and interact with! While waiting for my order, the one woman remembered that she accidentally didn't give another customer something. He should have got the last time. He came in and didn't know that and she hooked him up and made it right without him even knowing! That to me is customer service not only being great the first time, but remembering the next time when things may have not been the best! I will make sure to come back to this location every time I need my...
