Cimino's Pizza and Restaurant — Restaurant in Mount Morris Township

This was the first place that I ordered from when I moved to this very small town. There's not a lot of options but based on the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I'm extremely specific when I order my pizza. I prefer it on the lighter side without the crust or the cheese being too brown. I ordered a thin crust bacon and green pepper pizza and I specifically asked that it be "lightly cooked."" I stated that I don't like the crust too dark and I don't like the cheese brown. My pizza (as you can see) didn't come out the way that I specifically ordered it. They were very nice and offered to make a new one which I accepted. I noticed that there was seasoning on the pizza so I said "No seasoning" and the guy confirmed it. When my second pizza came out, it looked betterthan the first one. It was cooked exactly the way that I like it. By this time, I was so hungry that I just wanted to go home and eat it. When I got home and I was able to look at the pizza more closely, it had seasoning on it. I specifically asked for no seasoning and he even confirmed it to me. Ugh. I had such high hopes and then this happens. I spent so much time blotting off the seasoning that by the time I was done, I really didn't feel like eating it. We went inn with intentions to celebrate my aunt‘s birthday with 10 of us and didn’t know that they had a homecoming party there the staff was not prepared the bartender could barely bring bottled beer back to our table they didn’t supply menus for us to order off of until I had to ask for some. This was my uncle's favorite pizza place, so when he passed it only seemed right to celebrate his life with lunch at Cimino's. They actually opened an hour early so my family would have some time to sit together. The staff was very friendly and sympathetic of our situation. I don't remember the name of our waitress (darker auburn hair) but she was Amazing! Very accommodating, thoughtful, and polite. Even offered to take some pictures of the family together.
