I was so thrilled to see your breads in Oliver's in Dixon when I walked through last! I have wished for so long there was a good bakery around who would make good quality Sourdough bread with as few ingredients as possible that I could buy since I have trouble with wheat/gluten and Sourdough seems to digest better.
