Service has been horrible. The times i have gone they are rude or got orders wrong. The one time I completely got someone else coffee and didn't realize until I got to work, so that sucked because not like I could turn around because I have to be to work at a certain time. Then today me and my mother went thru drive thru in 2 different cars because she took my son for me after a doctor appt. I didn't hear her say "hold on" and I started saying my order and she snipped back on saying she wasn't ready. So, then when it was okay to start my order, I gave it to her. she then mumbled to were I could hear her say "i didn't hear anything she is saying" in a rude manner, even though she said it was "crazy in there" which i didn't see a lot of cars parked or in the drive thru, so not sure how it was crazy in there, and then I pull forward. I was going to pay for my mothers order since it was for my son that wanted to get a donut. She then pulls next to me and tells me the girl was rude because my mother asked for a glazed donut, which the girl replied "they don't carry glazed" so then my mother asked for a different kind and again they didn't have it. my mother asks "what kind do you have ?" the rude girl replied "well we don't have glazed" that made my mother say forget it and left. Isn't it your job to tell us what you have? it's not like we are IN the building to visually see what is in and what your out of! I'll take the extra 5 minutes to Starbucks and wait in line over that customer service. If you don't like your job, move on or if you had a bad day, sorry to hear that but don't take it out on customers! get yourself together sweetie! your going to get the wrong person one day who won't hold their tongue, thankfully I WAS IN A GOOD MOOD...

When I arrived the employee had advised me that they do not have enough donuts to complete my order but she can still provide coffee. Fine I can do that, problem was she would have to return my entire order and ring up the coffee again. Only problem was I would not receive my reward points for the coffee because it wasn't purchased through the app. I decided to just take the full refund instead and I was told she couldn't do refunds because her manager is the only one who can do them. Ok that's fine, please have her do the return right? Problem was, there was no manager present. She said she performed the return And she would need me to check my account to see if the return went through. I'm confused at this point because I thought she couldn't perform returns. Whatever, I took her word for it. I mean we've all been there before right? Problem was the return didn't process so I called the store as I was instructed to do so. They did not pick up on the first call attempt so I called a second time. I was told that I have to drive 30 mins out of my way to pick up cash instead of having it returns to my credit card....it seems really shady. She had advised that she could have her district manager call me to perform the transaction refund but I never received a phone call. Overall I would not recommend this specific location and I will never be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't know why I do this to myself. I've gone to this location multiple times and they have either ALWAYS messed up the order or forgotten something all together. Today was no exception. I went through the drive thru this morning ordered breakfast for myself and my 4 co-workers. Each of us had something different. I get my bag and my drink and pull forward as there was a long line behind me. Check the bag and I have 4 of the same things. Mind you I said myself and 4 co-workers so one thing was forgotten all together and 3 of the 4 in the bag were incorrect. So, I parked the car and went in and said I was just in the drive thru and my order is totally wrong. A young woman behind the counter decides it's a good time to crack a joke and says well is it what the sticker says? I said there isn't a sticker and i'm running late for work so please fix this. I told the gentleman what I had ordered and he hands me a bag with 4 items after some time. I said we are still missing something. I went through the list and he said check check check check and we figured out what was missing. SO I get to work and the stuff in the bag is STILL incorrect. At this point i'm beyond irritated and spent money on food I didn't order. I will NOT be returning to this location and I will continue to tell everyone not to go...
