Ordered carryout directly from the restaurant. When we opened the bags up as we got home realized that we were missing a few items and one order was incorrect. We ended up calling and speaking to staff amd went back to correct the item that was rung up incorrectly and get the other item that was missing. The owner was very helpful and fixed everything for us quickly and without hesitation. I would have given 5 stars for service however the cashier working the register spoke very accusingly to us and came off very rude over what we thought was just a simple mistake. Her demeanor was very off-putting and somewhat aggressive. Nonetheless the owner was very polite and helpful and we will still be coming back in the future keeping in mind to check the food before we leave just in case :)...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Snaps and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. One of the standout features of this establishment is their amazing customer service - the staff is extremely friendly & helpful.
The real star of the show here is undoubtedly Daniesha, the main cook. Her Philly cheese steak is hands down the best I've ever had - & believe me, I've tried my fair share! The sandwich was packed with flavor & the meat was cooked to perfection. I was blown away by Daniesha's talent & attention to detail - it's clear that she takes great pride in her craft.

Stopped by this place a couple of times food was delicious of course. But this last time not so. Ordered 2 $19.99 Philly Snap Box , Philly was extremely salty 🤢 which made it impossible to eat. Don't know what cook it was that day. The food is normally really good. Then they have a no refund or exchange once you leave the establishment which makes no sense. If I called in and ordered my food to go, how am I able to know my food is extremely salty until I leave the establishment and attempt to eat it 🤔? Let's not forget to mention that much salt shouldn't be used on anyone food unless requested that way. Had heart burn....
