Riverside Dairy Ice Cream — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

6-21-24 This place needs some better management and is understaffed I feel....employee made our food incorrect and then went searching for me to give us our food as I sat 10 ft from the register with my kids waiting for our food but had the wrong food and then when I didn't claim it because I could obviously see the food they had in their hands was wrong and then got mad at me because I didn't claim the wrong food.....? Then the young girl that was working got crappy with me and then when I ordered dessert she had a poor customer service attitude at the register along with the other employee working.... minors with poor attitudes should not be put up front for the face of your business dealing with customers! Need a responsible adult present for management...

This was our first time here and it was Amazing!! We actually showed up on a day that they close for cleaning and they saw how excited the kids were and invited us in for hand dipped ice cream. Im so glad they did because it did not disappoint! We are roughly 30 minutes from here however we were in mount vernon bc i thought the fair was in june not july (idk how that happened lol) we were super bummed to find out i had the date wrong but this place definitely made up for my mistake and we will be back. They also serve food here which we plan to try...

They need to hire people that can get orders done right.. I orderd 1 footlong coney and it took 20 mins and then she closes the lid with it upside down. Young girl...ok..but when I called in to say something the manager was VERY RUDE and had a smart attitude. No wonder they won't stay in business long doing business like this..if they ever get busy that poor lil girl won't be able to handle it. The managers attitude is what lost me...
