I'm a caregiver, and I started working for a client about a year ago who absolutely LOVES Starbucks, this one in particular. He likes to go in every day, sometimes twice and enjoys a breakfast sandwich and a refresher. They all know him by name, and most times have his drink made up before we even get to the register. They have been kind, friendly and efficient EVERY SINGLE TIME we've been in. They have become friends to us, and we truly enjoy every visit! Aaron, the manager, has the most amazing crew! Definitely the elite in the Barista 'coffee maker' industry! I would like to mention some of the names who make our visits so special... A great big THANK YOU to Taylor, Jen, Ava, Sarah, Finley and Cole. You are such ROCKSTARS, and I appreciate your kindness with my client, and myself. Then there's Kellie... This girl! I ordered only water for quite awhile, due to acid reflux issues. Kellie just wasn't having it, and made it a point to create special drinks for me in consideration of my issues. She opened up many new doors for me, and I just want to show her some extra love for taking the time to elevate my drink experience! 💕 You are ALL so amazing, and I appreciate each and every one of you!! Read moreStarbucks is always a solid place to get a decent, predictable cup of coffee. I have food sensitivities, and have found I can safely consume cold brews and americanos without gluten contamination issues. I wouldn't try a frappeccino or other blended drink, since the machines are shared between drinks and contamination is very likely. I know a lot of folks will bash them for "burnt beans", and as a fellow light roast lover, I get where they are coming from. But as someone who has few safe options for food and drink on the go, I appreciate that I am able to consistently get safe drinks from this brand.

Read moreIf it was so convenient and close to my house, I wouldnt ever get drinks here. The employees dont care at all about getting drinks prompt. My husband and I even do mobile orders now and still, its getting worse and worse. This last time, I ordered before 11:00, had to ask at 11:15 if they wete working on my drink, then the girl standing around got to it. She just let it sit behind the counter as she made another drink. I must've upset her by asking? Then I said, can I please have my drink im in a hurry. She just handed it annoyed. Over 20 mins after ordering. I wasn't the only one they were doing this to. And this isnt the first time. The staff is always standing around chatting and we have to ask for help.
