Subway — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

I am so uset about one employee at store near Good Samaritan hospital when using my gift card that I bought online Costco. My husband and I, we used gift cards like this many times on the way for working. Your service were so good before until this noon. One new employee, we met her she first time. She refused to accept our gift card and said that it was use for ordering online. She confirmed she was the higher position in that Subway and she didn't need to ask other coworkers how to use gift card. I begged her let me ask another employee who I met many times there and this employee I met , she accepted to use our gift card.
