Large selection, but the styles seem to be limited by the out-dated tastes and lack of creativity of the Owners. I have bought several items from them. My overall opinion is that they offer low-quality furniture at ridiculously high prices. I have not been impressed by the level of customer service they offer either. One example; I bought a loveseat with dual recliners for $799. Within 8 months, both recliner release mechanisms were broken. Steffy's only response: "Repair parts are not available". I have purchased items from other local stores that cost a fraction of Steffy Home Furnishings, but were obviously of higher quality and much better construction. Unless you want to spend way too much on an old-fashioned couch, covered in flowered upholstery, that you will need to replace way too quickly, I recommend you completely avoid buying from Steffy's! UPDATE: Steffy's replied to my original review. Their response was a dreadfully weak attempt to offer explanations and excuses regarding my opinions of their selection, quality and prices. ONE TIP: Stop whining! Either ignore the criticisms or fix the issues. If you can't handle negative reviews, just stop reading them!...

Steffys has come through for us. My husband's electric chair was under 6 months old and started having several issues. I called on Friday pm..They came out on Monday took the chair..fixed it so he could sit in it on Tuesday...he also ordered a part for it just in case it breaks again...GREAT SERVICE....Thank you

Steffys has come through for us again. My husband's chair broke again. They were willing to replace it with another chair but did not have any. They not only offered to let us use a smaller chair until we could find another they gave us all of our money back so we could purchase one somewhere else that had one. My daughter, 3 year old grandson and I entered your store around 11a Black Friday. I was shopping for a mattress. I tested several mattresses and waited for a sales person to offer assistance. NOT ONE person came to help us. My daughter wandered thru the store and found 4 people sitting around talking. She said, Hello, how are you?" NOT ONE person asked if she needed help. We left!!! THE WORST service I have ever received! I have purchased items from you in the past but never again. BTW, I did purchase a mattress and adjustable frame from your competitor in Mt Vernon. I can't even give you 1 star b/c you didn't even earn that. I guess I have to give you 1 star for my review to be posted. So...
