I've been to Brie-sta a lot. I'm not a coffee drinker, so that should say something. My go-to is their Redbull blast, but I do get an iced coffee on occasion, and even though I don't really like coffee, it's delicious! Not only can they turn a non coffee drinker to the dark side, they do it with a smile....though I will admit it's a little difficult to see those smiles through the face masks these days. Everyone is always friendly, courteous, etc...all the things one should expect from a decent service related business, but they always find a way to go just a little above and beyond, somehow making a personal connection in the short time you're at the drive-thru or at the counter, making you feel like you're a cherished guest. Yes, they've had issues in the past, but they are a growing team so it's not unexpected. They learned and overcame their issues, which is why I'm updating this review and their rating. If I ever leave Mountain Home, Brie'sta is one of the things I will miss the most. Endless combinations of hot, iced, or blended drinks with dozens of sugar-free and even keto options. Brie'sta is also constantly involved with the community whether its having a different drink of the week for every occasion, highlighting employees on their social media sites as the employees remember drink orders and asking about the last conversation they had with you, to raising funds for local events or families in need. If you're lucky enough to grab their gift card sales, get plenty because the more you spend the more free drinks you get! 5 years ago my friend brought me to briesta to try it for the first, after that its been history. You can always know me for the customer who hardly ever come just for 1 drink lol, and the thought of me trying to cut back is nearly impossible. I love all of their selections from coffee, to the lotus, to lemonade, to infused sodas. Briesta has the friendliest, caring, most down to earth employees. They go above and beyond for their customers. Brie and Kasey you truly have three amazing coffee shops, which are the best in not just mountain home but the best in idaho.
