Subway — Restaurant in Mountain View

I buy Subway primarily because of the coupon. There are many sandwich places I can go to but Subway offers coupons so why not? However, the guy in this branch rejected the coupon for his reason that it cannot be used on 5-meat Italian footlong and that the coupon says so. I re-read the fine print for him and there is no such limitation. He insisted the coupon is wrong and Subway messed up the printing of the coupon. I did not argue further because it looks like he cannot be reasoned with. If the Manager/Owner of this branch can clarify this, will appreciate it and I'll reconsider...

I walked in hangry, so got a turkey and ham sandwich. The server was helpful in pointing out where the bread options were, and I got the Artisan Italian, aka bread without herbs or cheese. I don’t usually like cheese on my sandwich or really in me so that’s why I skipped it. I got lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, and olives in Parmesan Vinaigrette. Never been too fond of subway. Overpriced and overrated , especially in comparison with Ike’s and other sub shops. The Asian lady who works the front, usually solo, is extremely rude and disrespectful. She talks back to customers and makes you sound like you’re stupid. I witnessed it first hand with an elderly customer, then myself.
