Culver’s — Restaurant in Mukwonago

I'm actually writing this review with hopes that a manager or even someone higher up reads it (and helps bring change). EVERY time I/we have ordered the Flavor of the Day from this particular Culver's, my entire family is highly disappointed. Why? Well, because we've come to dub the Flavor of the Day as "Vanilla with a little of (fill in)". For example, if the Flavor of the Day is "Crazy for Cookie Dough" it will actually be vanilla (and chocolate in this case) custard with A piece, or 2, of cookie dough with maybe a small swirl of caramel and fudge throughout the entire thing. We are always so disappointed with the amount (or lack thereof, I should say) of toppings in the custard that we have given up eating the custard there. Even if the Flavor of the Day is tempting, as Crazy for Cookie Dough is, we unfortunately resist because we know that no matter what, we will be disappointed when we actually get it. We have even said something to the people and ask that they put more toppings in -- doesn't work. I am going to say that we do not have this problem, at all, with a competitor's custard, so it isn't us being picky. It is that Culver's is stingy with their toppings. Usually pretty busy with drive thru line often extending out onto 83. It goes quickly though…good service and food…..

Dropped this down due to staff and new policies…our family ordered a double cheeseburger, two chicken sandwiches large French fries, onion rings, a family order of cheese curds and a couple of malts and and sodas. Then my son forgot to ask for ranch on his chicken sandwich (still not sure why he puts ranch on it, but he does???). He went to counter to ask for ranch prior to our food coming up for our to-go order…we were told that ranch is now extra sauce and had to be purchased??? Very nicely I explained all of the food we just purchased and thought it was a bit excessive that our 3 sandwiches, FFs, ORs, plus a family order of cheese curds, only warranted 1 ranch total? We just ordered $50 plus of food and one ranch was all that is included? I guess ketchup is still free… for now...

I know Friday evenings are busy, but I waited 45 minutes for 4 chicken tenders. 2/3 times I come to this Culver’s, they lose my order and I have to tell them they forgot me. When I had enough, I went in and told one of the drive thru runners in a very polite manner that I had been seeing other cars coming and going and he gave me some classic customer service line that they use for the difficult customers. Finally, a sweet younger employee went ahead and asked the kitchen where my order was, and made it her top priority. Shoutout to her, but all in all, if this Culver’s seems to have forgotten you, they probably did. Speak up. Maybe they’ll start coming up with a more efficient way so this doesn’t happen as often as it does. This was the 4th time this has happened to me, and I’ve only been here around a...
