Hardee’s — Restaurant in Mulberry

We arrived about about 9:30 am. There were 2 gentlemen in front of us and maybe 2 cars in drive through. I counted 6 employees at that time. Not 1 person greeted us,not 1. We stood about 10 minutes and finally a young girl with headphones said she be right with us. She was doing both, window and inside orders. Again 5 others doing or acting like they were doing something. We place the order and husband goes gets sweet tea and it was spoiled. So that one very very sweet girl with headphones on had to stop and make sweet tea and still doing all the orders. Get this one now we are up to 8 employees. As we are waiting a gentlemen pops in and he must of been the president of the company or somebody special because he got a huge greeting from the one lady who was standing doing nothing by the grill. She took his order and bam he was out the door in 7 minutes, if that. This is why businesses are failing. Finally we were getting upset and I asked my husband what is taking so long,well it's amazing how a couple of people came out and tried to help. Awful. My ham and if you want to call the white runny stuff cheese was horrible. What is the name of running cheese looks like water? With prices at restaurants now a days ,we need to do better in quality of food. It took us 30 minutes to get in and out of a fast food restaurant that didn't have any business. Last night my husband went here to get him, I, and the kids some food. He ordered four combo meals and a kids meal. Two ‘Four For $6’ Choose Your Happy meals for our bigger kids, ‘Western Burger’ the one with the onion rings for me and a BBQ burger meal for himself and the kids meal for our youngest. We got everything for the kids meal, all of the burgers (four) but only three fries and three sodas which meant that one combo meal was missing some fries and a drink. So he went inside to tell them but they gave a hard time and were arguing with him about it, he got upset he was telling them that we had four combo meals we should have four fries and four drinks. The manager stepped in and was arguing about it also, so at the end we just had the burger for that combo meal no fries or drink even though he paid for it. First time going to a Hardee’s and don’t think we will be eating from there again. I know fast food restaurants sometimes can forget something but the way they handled it, arguing with us, not good customer service. Also we should get what we pay for. I would give this place zero stars if it was possible I came and ordered ham and cheese combo they gave me something completely different after waiting outside for 10 minutes I finally went inside and they still gave me the wrong food! Then I call they take forever to answer the phone they tell me to come back for a refund or the correct meal. I’m driving all the way from Lakeland to Mulberry to waste my gas and my time because of their mistake. Gas is not cheap they should have refunded me plus gave me the correct meal because it was their mistake. I will never return to this Hardee’s location ever again the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a drive-through restaurant. Not to mention when I return for a refund or the correct meal they take another 10 minutes to even attend the drive through speaker! Whoever runs this place needs...
