This subway has a drive-thru but to be honest it's kind of easier if you have a passenger to get out as my son did and go to the screen. It's almost like a kiosk like you see at McDonald's you pick out your sandwiches or whatever you want to eat and you add your toppings and so forth. So it's all touch screen that you do yourself. There is no speaker unless you need help, and if you're paying by card you can pay at the screen or if you're paying cash go around to the window obviously and pay that way. We didn't wait I think more than 5 minutes roughly for our food to get to us, so it was really fast. It's just if you're the driver and trying to use the touch screen, It is very hard in a car. So again if you got a passenger a teenager especially, it's easier just to have them go to the screen and you can tell them what you want and let the kid or passenger do all...
Read moreI have always been a fan of this subway. Here recently they have messed up my order 4 times in a row. I just left the location with a frozen breakfast sandwich. I asked several times to make sure it was toasted fully and guess what? it wasnt! The time before this they gave me an entirely wrong order and then tried to fix and it they gave me another wrong order... The time before that there was no meat on a 2x chicken sub. If I wanted a veggie sub I would have asked for one. But wait there's more!!! the time before that I paid for a FOOT LONG and was given a wrap... I'm to the point to where I will now be going to MCDONALDS across the street. I have NEVER left a review on ANY company but this subway location has failed me time and time again. Read moreUnbelievable how unprofessional this staff member is that is here now I ordered at the touch screen outside upon getting my salad at the drive threw it was incorrect I went inside and asked for what I’d ordered. The man working here tells me “mam it is what you’d ordered you don’t have to want it that’s the way I made it”. I’ve never had an issue here before ever the staff are normally very respectful. I asked for a refund which one staff member didn’t know how to do, and then multiple staff members had to figure out how to do. I asked his name his reply was here’s your refund mam my employee number is 5929. And threw the receipt across the counter to me. Be very careful of coming here...
