Very bad experience at this McDonald's. I am a nurse and after working a 12-hour shift, I went to the drive-thru to order some breakfast, and didn't realize it till I got home that they had given me the wrong food. It is 28 miles from my home so I did not go back however I did call and was told to come back the next day of which I did. The manager or the associates did not remember my call or anything. And I was not going to stand there and argue with them, as they were doing with me. Very unprofessional! Now I realize why I and my friends and family go to Chick-fil-A to buy our food! The service is always great professional and courteous, and of our food is wrong they will replace it and give us our money back. Customer service is that important to them! I'll stick with Chick-fil-A and Cracker Barrel take out future reference. I do not understand how managers at fast food places can be unprofessional and keep their jobs! Customer service is everything especially for a giant business as McDonald's. You will find out in the next year's the McDonald's and several other fast food places will be going downhill as they already are take it from me this is word-of-mouth is everything.!! One more thing on the steak egg and cheese Bagels, of which I ordered and did not get they should go ahead and microwave and not have the cheese come out cold!...

Read moreIt's alright I guess although they only have one outlet to plug your phone in at the last table directly adjacent from the restrooms and across from the employee's break table. Although we order and eat there using their one single outlet is frowned upon or at least this is how I was made to feel. As I mentioned that the employee's break table is almost in reaching distance from us. The looks and comments from the teenaged to young adult employees were uncomfortable and made me decide to pick up and leave taking our half eaten meals with us. And as we were making our exit the kids were only to eager to point out the sign that was posted on the wall that read "NO Loitering". I looked and gave a half hearted smile to my partner and a shoulder shrug . I didn't appreciate the total and complete lack of respect that I received. I would have to think about returning to that location. There are 2 more McDonald"s before getting home and perhaps visited more...
