My wife and I were blown away by every aspect of ST. The chicken parm was the best of my life; perfectly crispy and beautifully flavorful with a great combination of cheeses. My wife ordered the scallop risotto dish which was perfectly executed, the sear on the scallops couldn’t get any better and the risotto was a creamy, savory delight. There was a guanchale pasta on the list of specials that is a must try if available. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, very nicely decorated.
