Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Muldraugh

Went on to order and waited your the customer in front of me. She had a mobile coupon and it took the staff forever to get it to work. Finally they got it and she ordered them waited. I ordered next but had to wait an exceedingly long time after ordering. I tried to get a Dr pepper but it tasted off so I dumped it and got a root beer instead. After I had my drink I once again waited and then heard then in the back and realized they had just started making my sandwich and having dinner anything with my order until then. So wait I did. Finally my fish sandwich is done and the young lady on front counter was nice but didn't seem to know what she was doing. I wondered if maybe she was training but when she needed help or change for her register it too then a long time to help her and thus made it so it took her a long time to help customers. After I left with my food, I found that my friend box was broken. On top of it all I want given a receipt and the fish didn't taste...

We have visited this location a couple of times, but there was a situation that occurred that would keep us from coming back again. We had stopped here with the family to grab dinner, and as we waited, we did watch the food being delivered to other customers. The car behind us had ordered some vanilla cones, and as it was being brought to their car, I noticed the worker carrying 4 of them by hand, but using his body to balance the cones and the ice-cream was touching his shirt. His shirt looked to be pretty dirty from kitchen debris. I thought maybe he would get them some new ice cream since the ice cream was all over his shirt, but he still delivered them to the car. I was pretty grossed out by this and felt so bad that those patrons had no idea what happened before...

This place seems to be going downhill. The managers, Sarah and Michelle are disrespectful to other employees in front of customers. They talk down to other managers and call them names. They ask why regulars keep coming up there everyday. If you work there and won’t cover a shift when Sarah calls, she’ll show up at your house banging on your door. Sarah tells employees they are not allowed off. And she expects everyone to work with you are medically or physically hurt. I would not recommend this place to eat inside or to work under Sarah or Michelle. The DM Molly does not take reports about Sarah and Michelle seriously so they do not get in trouble for their horrible behavior. Sarah, Michelle, and Molly are rude to many customers and employees.
