Rode our bikes from Wallace to Mullan and were told the burgers and onion rings were great at the outlaw. The Brooks Hotel restaurant gave you a great referral. The onion rings were indeed good; however, the service was very….unfriendly. They were busy with a big to go order but wow, felt like a major inconvenience from the moment I walked in. The waitress never smiled, and it was clear I was in her way and she side stepped around me a couple times to access the fridge where the draft menu was hanging on. When I was in her way she asked “are you here for a to go order?!!” Nope! Silly me, I was just reading the draft menu.

They have yet to fail at anything they do, in fact we could take that far enough to say they excel spectacularly at EVERYTHING they do. Sure, sometimes it’s a cold minute to get your burger, bear in mind folks, it takes a full 15 minutes to cook a 1/2# burger … Drinks are well done. Beer variety is adequate for a town of 840 people. And? Open seating for your minor companions (family outings anyone?) until the kitchen closes. Atta Well Done!!! (Outlaw Sauce...
