After four days of travel (34hrs on the road) I was surprised to find a cute coffee shop next to a gas station in a small town. We only stopped for a bathroom break, but while I was walking my dog, I saw the “espresso” sign. Being an avid latte drinker, I wanted to try it out. I am so happy I did because it was the best latte I’ve had this entire trip. It made me feel like I was back home at my favorite spot. The woman there was kind, and clearly knowledgeable about coffee. They had almost every flavor you could think of! It was one of the highlights of my trip so far. If you’re looking for something delicious on your roadtrip through Idaho, this is your spot!

Finally a reasonably priced cup of coffee. It makes me feel like I am back in 2008, back in the good old days of 5 dollar footlongs at Subway, despite the fact that I was 9 years old in 2008 and had never drank coffee. I have pretty much never seen a 20 or 24 ounce coffee well under $5, as I did not have expendable income back in those days. Nice service. Perhaps I should more regularly travel two plus hours from home just so I can save a few dollars on coffee and thus budget overall more frugally, as adults do. It honestly made my trip happier to find serendipitously cheap coffee.

Nothing better than a hometown boy delving into a business adventure to fill a void for his community while using his college degree he worked so diligently for. We are so proud of him! I am so excited for David and River St. Coffee to see where he takes this as it grows. Super friendly service and willing to learn new drinks. They have of course way more than just coffee but they carry Doma and Don and I absolutely LOVE IT! Keep up the good work David! ~Gigi Kotschevar
