While the food had good flavor, it was not hot. When we ordered, we requested hot fries. The fries we received were not hot, but the manager said they were, even though we watched when they were taken out of the oil and sat for several minutes. My wife's chili was luke warm, and when we told them, they made no effort to make it hot, even microwave would have been an acceptable resolution for us. The young lady working the cash register seemed uninterested in solving a rest room problem, even though two different persons reported it before we did. Unfortunately the approach of the staff restaurant turned what we hoped would be a good experience into a poor experience. Read moreThis location is mediocre at best. Food is wildly inconsistent - I always fine in and my burger is almost never hot. Fries are either overcooked or cold and soggy. I have to take something back to the counter and ask for new about 75% of the time. If I ask for a large frosty, I'm given a medium almost every time. I will say breakfast is typically great.
Aside from the quality - the service at this location sucks. I typically have to wait in line for 5-10 minutes, while the workers all glance at the front but never acknowledge the customers. The store is almost never particularly busy, with no more than two cars in the drive through at a time. You have been for over a year it sucks I know but that is no excuse for your management to be so rude and unprofessional to customers. Manager came to window and snidely told me, “we only have four people so everyone has to be patient.” She then closed the window as I’m trying to hand her my payment. With that being said, I will also say that the young man that was at the window taking orders was polite and professional. He immediately apologized for the wait.
