Starbucks — Restaurant in Muncy Township

So I normally give pretty good reviews. This review is going to be the worst one I ever give. I just went through the drive through and I got two hot coffees and 2 croissants. She handed me one coffee, I put it in my console. She proceeds to hand me the other hot coffee and the lid was not on the cup. The coffee spilled Everywhere I was literally yelling , oh my god , oh my god , that's hot as it burnt my wrist and hand. I told her I needed to pull up so I could get out of the car and try to clean this up. I walked back to the window to get the rest of my order.And one girl is laughing and The Other girl won't even come to the window. The one girl tells me well, You really need to grab that cup hard and then the other girl says , do you need napkins? Like REALLY THAT'S ALL YOU CAN SAY AND THEN YOU LAUGH. SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE LID ON THE CUP. THE COFFEE RUINED THE WHITE VEST I HAD ON. It was all over my jeans and ALL OVER MY CAR. 100% will NEVER go there again and I will make sure all my friends and family never go there. I had someone in the car with me that witnessed this whole Interaction and my passenger was frantically trying to help me clean it up. These 2 inconsiderate little children need retrained on how to handle when they make a huge mistake, she literally watched the coffee spill all over me and doesn't say anything. Typical Statbucks but with some issues. Been there a few times and it always feels just a little dirty.

The weirdest thing is that the parking spaces closest to the entrance have been almost full everytime I have been there but there is usually not many inside. Last trip there was nobody in the place when we left but 4 cars in the best spots and no other cars anywhere meaning the far away spots. My guess is that the employees are taking the good spots by the door and leaving the customers to walk the lot. That doesn't seem like good customer service to me.

Other than that the employees never seem very friendly and mostly seem like they don't want to be there.

Today was the first and last time I will ever go to this location. My son is sick and wanted to try the new Summer Berry Lemonade drink with pearls. We get to the pickup window and the employee casually tells me they don't have the big straw (needed to drink the pearls) because they ran out. She conveniently tells me this AFTER I ordered and paid $6.84 for a medium drink. So unprofessional and unacceptable. The manager needs to manage this store better. How do you run out of the special straw the week a new drink comes out? Absolutely absurd considering the prices they charge.
