Ok so I have to say, I really feel Sorry for places of business anymore trying to find Good help.....
With that being said..... I decided to order Cracker Barrel like I do at least a few times a month (shoot some weeks I order a few times) So tonight I show up to get my order, go up to register when it's my turn, gave the lady my name, she asked if I was a rewards member I of course said yes, I put my phone number In like i have a thousand times, and i tell her i actually wanna use my rewards of $10 off, she tells me she took it off and then tells me to run my card, i mentioned that it wanted ke to authorize the full Payment sorry out my reward so she gets a little bit of an attitude and tells me it will come off she Promises, after I run my card.... So I smile say oh ok and run my card, she ask if I want my reciept so of course I say yes..... I immediately look at my reciept and told her it was not on there, she tells me it is as she kinda steps away from me, so I said ok can you show me where then? She raises her voice telling me "how I am not gonna raise my voice at her, grabs the receipt out of my hand... So at this point I knew she was miserable , so I said as calm as could be that I thought maybe she should just get her manager because I can clearly see she don't wanna be bothered, so she tells me NO, she is basicallylt a manager and she will handle it.... I said ok well it's not on there, she again raises her voice, and finally calls for her manager and says it's to me " ITS NOT ON THERE BUT YOU ARE NOT GONNA HOLLAR AT ME" I said mam I am not hollaring at you I have Not raised my voice, I looked at about 10 people standing around and asked if they heard me raise my voices the ones that responded said no they didn't.... So she starts hollaringng rude nasty stuff, I see a girl come around so as I am walking towards her, this lady is still running her mouth with her voice raised... So I explain to the manager at this point I could care less about the rewards, I just wanted her to witness what as happening I would use the rewards next time..... She says she will take care of it, so the lady behind register taunts her saying oh yea take care of me.... So I walk to grab my receipt when she decides to tell use she is gonna take care of us and walks toward me afrom around the register.... The manager literally stopped her told her not to do this and to check the customers out....... WTH, is a matter with people????
Like I get it i would HATE to have to work on Valentine's Dayin a restaurant, but with any job you have to take the good with the bad..... I could NEVER in my life ever act that way while working at my Place of business.... I would be scared to death to lose my job, How do people get away with this?????? It just absolutely blows my mind.....
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store this is NOT ACCEPTABLE .... No customer should EVER be talked to or treated the way I was tonight...... NEVER...... I am sure that place has atleast video of not audio recording too..... That lady should be showed as an example of how not to act .....

They are pathetic ignorant self-centered very very rude I mean I've never been treated so dis respectful on my life, they were so ruid they ACTUALLY had me crying. The first time I went there it was amazing, the guy that I talked to what is absolutely stunning outstanding and he gets a five star. Second time I went there I thought damn it's going to be the same hell no..... The person I talked to was so rude she was selfish ignorant call me a blittle b so to make that clear and you guys are supposed to be open until 9:00 it says well I call at 8:15 to place an order and I said I'd be there by 9:00 guess what.... She told me that no longer have any food left and and to go to McDonald's and if they did have food left she was not even about to start my order. I just want every single person to know how disrespectful they were, and exactly how bad they hurt me. I loved this place put on terrified to order from here again and this sucks. The first time was amazing but the second time was the deal-breaker, so whoever the waitress was I hope you live everyday thinking about how selfish you were that day because you actually broke my heart dude and I don't even know you š you know who you are so that's all I got to say if I was this restaurant / employee I would definitely make an apology because you're going to lose a lot of business acting a fool šš¤ I spent $60 and my food I swear amazing the first time the second time after the incident I was so disappointed in it because it's the same meal and they definitely did something cause it made me sick for about 4 days. I'm not either or called since. I'm broken...

The hostess seated us and walked away as soon as she threw our menus and silverware on the table so we did not have the chance to ask her for another location. There was plenty of room in the restaurant, but she sat us at a table for two (which was fine), but it was separated from a table that sat five people and only had 6 inches of separation from our table. So, when our assigned waitress showed up, I politely asked if it would be ok if we just moved to the empty table to our left. She hesitated, and then said she would have to ask. What?! I understand that certain sections are given to certain waitresses and the hostess keeps track of the tables, but the table I was asking to move to was literally four feet to my left and she had to ask? I have asked to move tables before at other restaurants and the waitress/waiter had no issue moving us. Well, five minutes later, while waiting for an answer, I saw our waitress carry a plate to another table two aisles from us. She walked right back to the kitchen and that is when we decided to leave knowing that we were low on the priority list at that moment. Apparently the dining out experience at Cracker Barrel isnāt about the customer (or guest as some restaurants say), itās about convenience for Cracker Barrel employees. Well, we went to another local restaurant and had an excellent meal and pleasant waitress and conversation. Thatās probably the last time we go to Cracker Barrel if thatās the service that you get there. Itās not too often my wife and I have an evening to ourselves and I donāt need to waste it at a restaurant that doesnāt value other...
